During these challenging times we have adopted new ways of working with our customers -
Gloves, booties over shoes, and face coverings will be worn at all times while working in a customer's home or jobsite. All of these items except for the reusable face covering will be discarded after each job. Face coverings will be washed periodically and/or replaced as needed.
All of our tools and materials during service will be placed on a disposable plastic sheet, so not to be in contact with the floor. The sheet(s) will be discarded after each job.
Tools and service vehicles will be cleaned regularly.
Employees will be prohibited from working who show any type of illness or symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus.
We will refuse any and all work inside a home for customers that are ill with the virus or experiencing symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus.
Most estimates can be completed without a site visit. We may ask for pictures, drawing or a small video to help in this process.
With each day that goes by more information becomes available and conditions are changing. We will execute the best practices during this time to provide a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
